Celebrating Love
Planning a wedding? I can tell you all about what I have to offer, but I think Kelsey & Bryan say it best:
“We are super grateful for Rabbi Emma Gottlieb’s guidance and support as we prepared for our upcoming wedding. Her counseling took us on an enlightening journey, where she introduced meaningful exercises that encouraged us to delve deeper into our values and aspirations for married life. Her approach added a beautiful layer of intentionality that has enriched our understanding and appreciation of the Jewish wedding traditions. Rabbi Gottlieb’s presence throughout this process was a source of comfort and assurance. She has a natural ability to make complex concepts accessible. Her welcoming and non-judgmental approach made the entire experience educational yet comfortable, turning what could have been a stressful time into a joyous and exciting process. We wholeheartedly recommend Rabbi Gotlieb to any couple seeking to embark on marriage with a strong foundation and a clear sense of purpose.”
A few things to know before you contact me:
- I DO require pre-marital check-ins for all couples, as a way to get to know one another and review the values of creating a Jewish partnership and a Jewish home (these sessions with me are included in my wedding officiation package)
- I AM willing to officiate on Shabbat, BUT ONLY if the ceremony starts close to sundown
- I prefer to work directly with wedding couples. If you are a parent or relative of someone looking for a rabbi for their wedding, please encourage them to contact me directly.
Officiating or participating in interfaith weddings is something I am proud to do. It is a cornerstone of my relational rabbinate, and I truly believe it is vital to the growth and future of the Jewish People.
